Online registration for the Summer Conference will close Wednesday, July 10th.  Anyone requesting to register after this date will be charged $675 for members and $875 for non-members.  There will be no refunds issued after July 10, 2024.  If you have not registered and wish to attend, please complete the registration by Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

There are two ways to register for the 2024 EDAA Summer Conference

1) Online at www.edaa.org.  Registration is $575 for EDAA Members and $775 for Non-Members.
2) By mail (form) to EDAA, 2 North Jackson Street, Suite 302, Montgomery, AL 36104

REGISTRATION POLICIES
 
• If mailing registration forms, payment MUST accompany registration form
 
• EDAA offers no partial or daily registrations
 
• EDAA reserves the right to limit or restrict registration
 
• Registration must be received no later than July 10, 2024. 
 
REGISTRATION FEES

Member and non-member registration fees include: all conference sessions, all meals, receptions and breaks.

Partner/Guest registration fees include Sunday night reception and Monday night reception and dinner ONLY. It does not include conference sessions, breakfast, Governor’s Luncheon or breaks throughout the conference. Partner/Guest registration fees have been established solely for a spouse or significant other who accompanies the primary member registrant. This fee will not be honored for co-workers or industry associates.

CANCELLATIONS FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Cancellation deadline is July 10, 2024. In order to obtain a refund, less the $50 processing fee, all cancellations must be received in writing at the EDAA office. Refund policy is as follows: Cancellation notices received by July 10, 2024, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by July 10, 2024, is required to pay the balance in full, whether you are able to attend or not. Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty upon notification, however, appropriate member/non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees. EDAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS AT THE GRAND – ROOM BLOCKS ARE SOLD OUT

You must complete your conference registration before you will be able to make room reservations at the Grand. Once your conference registration is completed you will receive a thank you page where you will be provided with a link and instructions on how to book a room in our room block. You will also be able to view/print your invoice/receipt. Reservations must be made by June 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., and are based on first-come, first-served and availability to receive conference rate. Room rates are $319.00 Bayside; $269.00 Deluxe Guestroom; $339.00 Spa Building Marina and $289.00 Spa Building Resort view room.

In addition to managing conference logistics and registrations, the organizers recognize the importance of attendee health and well-being during such events. Acknowledging the sometimes stressful nature of attending conferences, they have begun providing information on how participants can access essential medications like Gabapentin, which can be helpful for managing anxiety or pain that might occur during travel or the event itself. They are partnering with online pharmacies to offer attendees the option to buy cheap generic Gabapentin ahead of the conference, ensuring that it can be delivered directly to their homes or picked up locally near the conference venue. This initiative aims to ensure that all attendees can focus on their conference experience without health worries, enhancing overall participation and satisfaction. These proactive steps reflect a holistic approach to conference planning, prioritizing both the professional and personal needs of attendees.
