Registration Rates:

EDAA Members: $525 (Early Bird $475)
Non-Members: $625 (Early Bird $575)

Hotel Reservations at The Hyatt Regency/Wynfrey Hotel :

After completing your registration, you will receive information on your “Thank You” page regarding the room block. There will be a website link where you will go online to reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency/Wynfrey Hotel. There will also be a phone number that you can call, identify yourself as being a member of the EDAA Conference to receive our conference rate. Reservations must be made by
January 11, 2019 to receive the conference rate.  Room rates are $142.00 per night for a standard room or $172.00 for a Regency Club room.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE:

Please complete the registration form and include your credit card information or check made payable to EDAA. You will receive registration confirmation via email.
*Member and non-member registration fees include: all conference sessions, all meals, receptions and breaks.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION:

Spouse/Guest registration fees do not include conference sessions, breakfast, lunch or breaks throughout the conference.
Spouse/Guest registration fees have been established solely for a spouse or significant other who accompanies the primary member registrant. This fee will not be honored for co-workers or industry associates.

REGISTRATION POLICIES:

• Payment MUST accompany registration form.
• EDAA offers no partial or daily registrations
.
• EDAA reserves the right to limit or restrict registration.
• Registration must be received no later than January 11, 2019.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation deadline is January 11, 2019. In order to obtain a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing at the EDAA office. Refund policy is as follows: Cancellation notices received by January 11, 2019 will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by January 11, 2019, will be required to pay the balance in full. Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty upon notification, however, appropriate member/non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees. EDAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

It does not include conference sessions, breakfast, lunch or breaks throughout the conference. Partner/Guest registration fees have been established solely for a spouse or significant other who accompanies the primary member registrant. This fee will not be honored for co-workers or industry associates.

EDAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. These policies are only for those who DO NOT purchase Allianz Insurance (below).

ALLIANCE INSURANCE

The cost of the ticket protection is 5.75% of the total ticket cost for the registrant. This meaning, if a registrant purchases a ticket for $300, the price to protect their ticket would be $17.25. This rate is determined by our 3rd-party Insurance provider, Allianz Global Assistance.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS AT THE GRAND

You must complete your conference registration before you will be able to make room reservations at the Grand. Once your conference registration is completed you will receive a thank you page where you will be provided with a link and instructions on how to book a room in our room block. You will also be able to view/print your invoice/receipt. Reservations must be made by July 3, 2018, and are based on first-come, first-served and availability to receive conference rate. Room rates are $264.00 Deluxe Bayside; $214.00 Deluxe Resort View; $284.00 Spa Building Bayside and $234.00 Spa Building Resort room.

**IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THEM THROUGH THE HOTEL.  CONTACT EDAA AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CANCELLATIONS.  THIS WILL PREVENT A FINANCIAL IMPACT TO THE ASSOCIATION.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION. **

CHILD CARE OPTIONS

For ages 5 -12.  3 child minimum – 12 child maximum.

Fee: $35 per child – You will pay directly to the Grand

Fun Camp is available for children ages 5-12 who are independent with their bathroom needs. The Grand offers two sessions daily: 10am-2pm and 6pm-10pm.  One meal will be provided during each session. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the concierge desk (ext. 6721) between the hours of 8am and 5pm.  Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of each session start time.  A 3-child minimum for each session must be reached at least 24 hours in advance of each session start time for reservation to be confirmed.  Concierge will confirm reservations with guests when the confirmation requirements have been met.
