DESCRIPTION:2026 EDAA Summer Conference \nJuly 19-22\, 2026  \nThe Grand Hotel Resort and Spa \nAgenda \nSponsorship Opportunities \nExhibitor Opportunities \n  \nOnline registration for the Summer Conference will open to members on Thursday\, April 2\, 2026 and non-members on Monday\, May 4\, 2026.  \nHOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE  \n\nThere are two ways to register for the 2026 EDAA Summer Conference: \n1) Online at www.edaa.org.  Registration is $600 for EDAA Members and $850 for Non-Members.\n2) By mail (form) to EDAA\, 2 North Jackson Street\, Suite 302\, Montgomery\, AL 36104\n \nPlease complete the online registration form and include your credit card information or check made payable to EDAA.\n \n** Members MUST log in to EDAA profile to receive member rates**\n  \nREGISTRATION POLICIES\n \n• If mailing registration forms\, payment MUST accompany registration form\n \n• EDAA offers no partial or daily registrations\n \n• EDAA reserves the right to limit or restrict registration\n \n• Registration must be received no later than June 14\, 2026.  A late fee of $150 will be added beginning Monday\, June 15\, 2026. \n \n\nREGISTRATION FEES\n  \nMember and non-member registration fees include: all conference sessions\, all meals\, receptions and breaks.\n \nPartner/Guest registration fees include Sunday night reception and Monday night reception and dinner ONLY. It does not include conference sessions\, breakfast\, Governor’s Luncheon or breaks throughout the conference. Partner/Guest registration fees have been established solely for a spouse or significant other who accompanies the primary member registrant. This fee will not be honored for co-workers or industry associates.\n  \n\nCANCELLATIONS FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION\n  \nCancellation deadline is July 6\, 2026. In order to obtain a refund\, less the $50 processing fee\, all cancellations must be received in writing at the EDAA office. Refund policy is as follows: Cancellation notices received by July 6\, 2026\, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by July 6\, 2026\, is required to pay the balance in full\, whether you are able to attend or not. Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty upon notification\, however\, appropriate member/non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees. EDAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.  \n\nHOTEL RESERVATIONS AT THE GRAND \nYou must complete your conference registration before you will be able to make room reservations at the Grand. Once your conference registration is completed you will receive a thank you email where you will be provided with a link and instructions on how to book a room in our room block. You will also be able to view/print your invoice/receipt. Reservations must be made by June 17\, 2026\, at 5:00 p.m.\, and are based on first-come\, first-served and availability to receive conference rate. Room rates are $355.00 Bayside; $305.00 Deluxe Guestroom; $375.00 Spa Building Marina and $325.00 Spa Building Resort view room; Lodge King Suites $485.00; Spa Building King Suites $545.00 and Spa Building Queen-Queen Suites $565.00.  \n**IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS\, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THEM THROUGH THE HOTEL.  CONTACT EDAA AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CANCELLATIONS.  THIS WILL PREVENT A FINANCIAL IMPACT TO THE ASSOCIATION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.**
