DESCRIPTION:2025 EDAA Winter Conference  \nJanuary 27 – 29\, 2025  \nRenaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRenaissance Room Block Will Close December 26\, 2024 – (Rooms available with arrival Monday\, January 27 – Wednesday\, January 29)\nEmbassy Suites\, Overflow Hotel Room Block Will Close December 28\, 2024\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClick Here to Register \nAgenda  \n Sponsorships  \nExhibitors \n HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE \n There are two ways to register for the 2025 EDAA Winter Conference (Members – $575 and Non-Members – $775) \n1) Online at www.edaa.org.  You must log into your EDAA profile and scroll down to the calendar and click 2025 EDAA Winter Conference to receive the member rate. \n2) By mail (form)  to EDAA\, 2 North Jackson Street\, Suite 302\, Montgomery\, AL 36104. \nPlease complete the registration form and include your credit card information or check made payable to EDAA. You will receive registration confirmation via email. \n REGISTRATION POLICIES  \n• Payment MUST accompany registration form \n• EDAA offers no partial or daily registrations  \n• EDAA reserves the right to limit or restrict registration  \n• Registration must be received no later than January 10\, 2025.  \nCANCELLATIONS  \nCancellation deadline is January 10\, 2025. In order to obtain a refund\, all cancellations must be received in writing at the EDAA office. Refund policy is as follows: Cancellation notices received by January 10\, 2025\, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence by January 10\, 2025\, will be required to pay the balance in full. Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty upon notification\, however\, appropriate member/non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees. EDAA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.  \nREGISTRATION FEES  \nMember and non-member registration fees include: all conference sessions\, all meals\, receptions and breaks.  \nSpouse/Guest registration fees do not include conference sessions\, breakfast\, lunch or breaks throughout the conference.  Spouse/Guest registration fees have been established solely for a spouse or significant other who accompanies the primary member registrant. This fee will not be honored for co-workers or industry associates.  \nHotel Reservations at Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center  \nReservations must be made by December 26\, 2024\, to receive conference rate. Room rates are $169.00 per night plus taxes and fees.
